Next Level Gokturk

Our sales office is located on one of the most important streets in Göktürk, one of the most important streets of Istanbul. On the street of Istanbul, there are all your needs for daily life: shops, cafes and restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals and schools. But since there is a lot of traffic on this street between morning and evening hours, our project is located in a wider area, at the end of the street. Our project is in a very spacious area, at the entrance of the highway and intertwined with the forest.

BAU is located opposite our project. The closest means of transportation is the metro station, which is 4 minutes' walk away. From our project, you can reach Istanbul airport in just 15 minutes by car, and business centers such as Kağıthane, Maslak and Levent in 20 minutes by car. Our project is 5 minutes' drive from the sports center of "Kemer Country Club", which is the only golf club in Istanbul.

The delivery date of our project will be at the end of 2025. Our project is being built on an area of 36.000 m2 in the forest with nature and its 10.000 m2 is completely green. It consists of 9 blocks in total and the blocks vary between 2 and 7 floors. We have apartments between 2 and 5 on each floor. Our flats range from 1+1 to 5.5+1 and there will be 274 flats in total. Each apartment has its own balcony and our apartments on the ground floor have a private terrace. Entrances and exits to our project will be made from a single place. In our project, there is a very large parking area with 2 floors in the basement.

The parking area of each flat is located in the basement under its own block. There will be 420 parking spaces in total and will vary between 1 and 4 depending on the flat. In addition, there is a storage area for the apartments.

The warehouse area will be 6 m2 for small apartments and 14 m2 for large apartments. Although our social area is on an area of 4,500 m2:
